SCRIMMAGE Ages 7-11
Scrimmage sessions are designed for elementary-aged players to experience more competitive, game-like activities in camp as opposed to heavy individual drill work. Work in teams and compete in a range of contests with parameters that emphasize various strategic applications and elements of the game.
league prep grades 1st-6th
League Prep camp is a set of preseason sessions specifically fit for participants in our fall flag football season. Campers will learn RedZone League specific rules, field markings, and points of emphasis. They will acclimate to flag pulling and experience commonly used coaching strategies to run plays and operate as a team.
7v7 prep Ages 10-14
7v7 Prep sessions are designed to prepare player for the 7v7 game format played competitively in the spring and summer. The 7v7 game is very pass heavy; it has no linemen and no contact. Participants in these sessions will learn about passing schemes and coverages in large group drills and scrimmages.
