Consider private individual or small group training for players looking for extra focused coaching and highly specific skill or position work. Some other benefits of this training arrangement include:

• Video Analysis - coaches can film your reps, review on site, and make them available to view anytime

• Mentorship- develop a closer relationship with a coach that will take a greater interest in a player's personal development

• Schedule By Appointment- if our regular camp schedule doesn't align for you, schedule times when you're available

• Pre-Consultation- meet with the trainer and/or RedZone staff prior to starting to target developmental priorities

For all the advantages of one-on-one training, it does have some limitations. Football is a highly team-centric sport and it's beneficial to have training partners of the same age, size, ability, etc. For example:

• QB training will be elevated with receivers to catch passes 

• Receiver training will be more effective with a defender to guard you

• Lineman training will be more realistic with a complimentary trench-mate.

 

We encourage small group training in most instances to offer better value and training conditions. Training locations determined on a case by case basis. Pricing varies by the trainer. See pricing table and trainer availability below.

• Interns are generally students at the University of Iowa with a focus on coaching within their Sport & Rec Management major/minor; they are often members of the Iowa football team.

• Staff coaches are RedZone employees & contractors with elevated coaching/playing experience and training.
