Spring 2025 Eligibility: Girls in current grades 3rd-12th, open to the public, no tryout required

Training Schedule: Sunday evenings, start April 6, end June 1. Two hours sessions. Floating start time due to sunlight. See full schedule below. 

Training Location: Liberty High School, North Liberty

State Tournament Info: Sunday, June 1 @ Cedar Rapids MYFA Complex

Divisions & Game Format: Players are sorted by 3 age levels for practice & competition. Generally  grades 3rd-4th, 5th-6th, & 7th grade and above. We will recognize teammate requests when it comes time to finalize teams for tournament play. The tournament will follow NFL Flag 5v5 rules with some modifications.

Cost: $99 enrollment includes 7 training sessions, uniform top, state tournament entry & commemorative t-shirt​​
