WAIVER: This release of liability and hold harmless, (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between REDZONE FOOTBALL LLC (dba “RedZone”,) and the undersigned parent(s)/guardian on behalf of the registrant listed above.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY & HOLD HARMLESS COVENANT
I acknowledge that activities conducted by RedZone may involve the risk of injury or death. I knowingly assume full responsibility for my child(ren)’s participation in such activities. I do hereby forever waive, release, discharge from liability and covenant not to sue RedZone or its business partners as a result of any and all injuries, damages, and losses that my child may sustain during such activities. Additionally, I do hereby forever waive, release, discharge from liability and covenant not to sue RedZone’s affiliates, contractors, directors, employees, volunteers, and insurers as a result of any and all injuries, damages, and losses that my child may sustain during such activities. I certify that my child is in good physical condition and able to safely participate in these activities. I will notify RedZone immediately if my child’s physical condition changes.
